DYEING & FINISHING

Capacity of 0.50 million meters per month. Three dyeing ranges-continuous thermosol (Monforts, Germany), Cold Pad Batch (Kuster, Germany) and Jigger (Sung Moo, Korea). These are supported by Singeing, Desizing, Bleaching, Mercerizing, Washing, Stenters from CB.Tex, Babcock Artos and Beninger respectively. Besides, the mill has sanforizing machine from Morrisson, USA and Peach/ Sueding, Raising, Brushing machine from Sucker Muller. With highly experienced skills the mill is capable of doing special finishing like soft, water repellent, easy care, Wrinkle free, Teflon finish, soil release and all kinds of special finish as per customers requirement. The mill is capable in Reactive, Pigment and Vat dyeing process.

WEAVING

Rapier Weaving (2 to 4 colors) from, Somet, Italy & China.
It has 140 looms of which 21Somet Super XL,15 Somet are Rapier,Italy,China Rapier 70 and rest 34 Shuttle Toyota. Some looms have dobby facilities to produce designs of customer choice. The weaving capacity is about 62. 40 million meters per year depending on the fabric qualities
